Abstract
The uncertainty of cultivation aim of legal education is the main reason that leads to the shortages of high quality law personnel and the surplus of law graduate structure.The key to reform of legal education lies in the scientific orientation of training aim of legal education.The future legal education should develop to the direction of a multi-leveled and integrated system of high starting point,popularization of legal affairs and the law of the elite of the unity.Therefore,the aim of legal education must be a mixture: a multi-level education system for practical legal talents,research talents and social management talents.
