Effect of Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on acute cerebral infarction and patients' blood lipids and blood pressure

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on acute cerebral infarction,and explore the effect of Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on patients' blood lipids and blood pressure.Methods 181 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received conventional western medicine therapy.Treatment group received Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy.The changes of blood lipids indicators(TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C) and blood pressure(systolic,diastolic pressure) were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(95.4%) after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(72.21%,P0.05).There were significant differences between before and after treatment on TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,systolic and diastolic pressure in two groups(P0.05).There were significant differences between two groups on TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,systolic and diastolic pressure after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Tianmaxifeng oral liquid has obvious effect on acute cerebral infarction,can significantly improve patients' blood lipid levels and lower blood pressure,improve blood viscosity and hemodynamics and promote the recovery of function in patients with cerebral infarction.
