Study on the System of Process Innovation Mechanism of Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract

Starting from relatively weak process innovation in the theoretical system of technology innovation,this paper thoroughly analyzed the process innovation mechanism of manufacturing enterprises by using the self-organization theory.This paper explained the internal nature and operation way of every mechanism in the process innovation mechanism system according to the process innovation process which related to dynamic,decision-making,operation and incentive.It was made a systematic design that the structure of process innovation mechanism.This paper discussed the system function of process innovation mechanism by horizontal integration,vertical integration and mixed integration.Finally,some rationalization proposal was raised to construct the process innovation mechanism of manufacturing enterprises.
