Abstract
The process of technological innovation in enterprises is complex system engineering. Aiming at the problems about the synergetic development of product innovation and process innovation in the interior of manufacturing enterprises in the process of technological innovation, this paper constructs a synergetic development system of product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises (In this paper, the system `synergetic development system of product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises' is abbreviated to `SDS') from the angle of system science. And the paper deeply analyses system elements, system structure, system function and external environment etc. In SDS, system elements mainly include product innovation subsystem and process innovation subsystem; system structure mainly includes invested resources, system main body, coordination mechanism and its characteristics; system function mainly includes integration function, learning function, feedback function, risk down function and value increment function etc; system environment includes legal environment, economic environment, technical environment and cultural environment. The aim is to promote better the synergetic development of product innovation and process innovation, and improve technological independence innovation capability and core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
