Abstract
China has put forward the quality-oriented education policy to deal with the present problems in education.The essence of quality-oriented education is the idea of students' comprensive development.Different peple have different understanding of qulity-oriented education but what really matters is the reform of examination-oriented education.Based on the analysis of such facts as the society,the mass the administation,the examination,and the teaching evaluqtion mechanism,this paper draws a conclusion that quality-oriented education is fit for current status,and that the full implementation of quality-oriented education depends on the establishment of a reasonal teaching evaluation mechanism of quality-oriented education depends on the estblishment of a reasonal teaching evaluation mechanism.
