Abstract
Taking 14 cities as studied region unit,this paper analyzed some index,like GDP Per capita,Deviation from the rate of GDP per capita,in 2001 and 2009,and then get the conclusion that regional economic has shown decreasing from west to east and the industrial structure is irrational.Finally,we proposed some countermeasures.
