Abstract
Community participation in tourism development has become the focus of domestic and foreign tourism scholars and hotspot issues in recent years.Taking Tu Village,Qinghai,as an example,based on field research and interviews,using factor analysis,the author analyzes the situation of community residents' involvement in tourism in the minority areas.It is learned that the villagers are limited to such business activities as participating in the reception of tourist folk,are rarely involved in tourism planning,decision-making,management and education and training;Making cluster analysis,the residents' participation in the development of tourism is divided into three categories,namely,active participants,partial participants and apathy participants;and combined with the experience of domestic and international communities participation in tourism,the author put forward feasible countermeasures for residents of rural communities involvement in tourism development.
