Dissertation on Community Residents Participation in Minority Village Tourism

Because the core of the community participated tourism is encouraging the residents to be involved in the whole development process of the community tourism,more and more researcher begin to pay attention to the participation issue of the residents to study the sustainable development of the tourism resorts.The article illustrates the need of the participation of the residents,studies the status quo and restriction,and further suggests how to improve the residents' enthusiasm of participation.
