Abstract

Customer loyalty is the headspring of obtaining profits and sustainable competitive advantage. Switching costs affects the competitive strategies of enterprises. In order to strengthen customer switching costs management and promote customer retention and customer loyalty, service enterprises have to pay attention to customer desire change, increase customer perceived value, establish good cooperation with customers, provide distinctive services, and enrich marketing plans.
