Abstract

The postharvest strawberry storage was studied based on the method of combined modified-atmosphere packaging(CMP) under refrigeration.The results showed that comparing with refrigeration,CMP method can reduce postharvest strawberry's respiration rate and decay rate,keep its firmness and increase its storability effectively.
