On the Supply of Flowing Public Goods from the View of Tiebout Model

It is very important to explore the public goods supply theory consistent with the Chinese reality,because we are in a critical period,which need plan the rural and urban public goods supply as a whole.The Tiebout Model is a theoretic analysis about the public goods supply.The policy implication is that the government should improve the allocation efficiency of public goods through enhancing the residential mobility.The conclusions drawn from the Tiebout Model are not comprehensive due to the inauthentic hypothesis.The public goods can be classified as flowing public goods and non-flowing public goods based on whether or not it can flow.We can improve the allocation efficiency through the mobility of the flowing public goods.The effective allocation of the flowing public goods has great potential in China.
