Development Research of Military Simulation Concept Model

A military simulation concept model is a kind of representation independent form material simulation implementation of the things or phenomena of real military world. Formal simulation concept models are similar to a kind of “standard of cognition”, it's the basis for promoting communication and collaboration between military experts and simulation technologists, and improving simulation model's correctness, interoperability and reusability. This paper researches the simulation concept model's connotation of conception, function and classifcation, and discusses the roles of simulation concept model in military simulation development and some problems in development process.
