Abstract
Objective: to study the serum carcinoma embryo antigen (CEA) , CA125, CA19 - 9 determination in lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis application value judgment. Methods: A retrospective analysis of may 2010 - may 2011 were 94 cases of our patients with lung cancer chemotherapy serum C E before A and C Al 2 5, C A19 - 9 test results, and with benign pulmonary disease group compared with healthy controls. Results: lung cancer patients serum CEA, CA125, CA19-9 level obviously higher than benign pulmonary disease group and healthy controls, are highly statistically significant difference (P 0.05), chemotherapy effective treatment group C E after A and C A 1 2 5 more before treatment dropped significantly, difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: the serum CA125, CEA, detecting cal9 - 9 leel of lung cancer diagnosis and prognostic has good application value. Serum CEA and C Al 2 5 levels of change on advanced cancer patients have certain curative effect judgment value.
