Abstract
Constructing Dalian as a city of scientific in north China is a new positioning of urban construction.The paper defined the concept of model city of scientific development and explained the connotation of constructing Dalian as a city of scientific development.Constructing Dalian as a city of scientific in north China is in line with the concept of humanism and embodies the progress of urban civilization.The new concept is conducive to promote the economy of Dalian and improve the living standard of local residents.
