Abstract
The C3d gene from pig,mouse and duck were amplified from total RNA by RT-PCR using primes the designed according to C3d gene sequences of pig,mouse and duck.The cDNA fragments were directly inserted into p MD 18-T plasmid.The recombinant C3d-pMD 18-T was identified by restriction endonucleases digestion and sequencing.Bioinformatics analyses showed that the C3d of mouse had a sequence similarity of 83 %,82 %and 81 % at the amino acid level with pig,mouse and duck C3d respectively,and the C3d of mouse shared 65.8% similarity with duck.This study has a great affect for C3d molecular adjuvant DNA vaccines.
