Reasons for Eliminating Man-Han Conflict in Late Qing Dynasty

Man-Han conflict had existed since the Qing troops took over the Shanhai Pass,but the conflict didn't threatened the rule of the Qing Dynasty.In the late Qing Dynasty,the Qing government was confronted with the uprising of revolutionaries,Han officials' dissatisfaction with the privileges of Man Officials,corruption of Man officials and shortage of talented people.The Baqi troops were not a force to defend the rule of the Qing Dynasty,but rather a burden of the Qing government,in addition to the invasion of some imperialist countries.Therefore the Qing government had to eliminate the conflict between Man and Han.
