Abstract

The primary teachers’ specialization is an important symbol of the education development level and is also the inevitable requirement of the development of elementary education. We know the problems of the primary teachers’ specialization through the interview among the primary teachers.This paper gives the strategy of the promotion of the development of elementary school teachers’ specialization.
