Abstract
Social organizations play an important role in constructing harmonious society,which can provide services for society,national economy and social security as well as communicate between government and enterprises.Social organizations have shown great vitality under the new social background.In this paper,we'll find the experiences and problems of social organizations in Liaoning Province through the investigation on the present situation,and then put forward some constructive suggestions to make them better.
