Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of concentration of fentanyl in human plasma. Methods The mobile phase was composed of acetonitril-water(0.0015 mol/LNaH2PO4,pH=5.0) =40∶60,the UV detector wavelength was at =200 nm.Results The detection limit was 1ng/ml,and the calibration curve was linear in the range from 6-300ng/m1.The recovery of fentanyl from human plasma was more than 95%.The daily and intraday and RSD were all less than 10.0%.Conclusion The HPLC method is rapid and accurate for determination of fentanyl in human plasma.
