In the developed country mortgage securitization is the most developed and has a large scale,boosting the real estate consumption in the west world.In China,this fund-raising method helps resolve a number of problems in the process of mortgage.The article introduces the procedure and structure of mortgage and discusses problems existing in China with the hope to contribute to real estate consumption and mortgage innovation.
