Abstract

College students' ideological and political education of university counselors is a cadre of education, the specialization degree directly related to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work, the influence of higher education in colleges and universities to achieve the goal of talents cultivation of the paper from the origin and development of university counselors job, recruitment requirements, student-faculty ratios, career development in the aspects of comparison, draw lessons from American experience, and explore the effective way of college counselor specialization development in our country.
