A Tentative Study on Counselors Team Building of Private College Students

Private Higher Education is an important part of the Higher Education in china. Although their school system and operational mechanism are different, both the public universities and private colleges shoulder the same historical responsibility that is to cultivate the reliable socialist builders and successors. How to improve the quality of private college students counselors engaged in ideological and political education and life guidance is also of importance in development of non-governmental colleges. Through the field investigations to Shanghai private college students counselors, a preliminary exploration is made with regard to the present state, existing problems and running mechanism of college students' counselors in non-governmental colleges in order to give some insights into the team building of private college students' counselors.
