Abstract
PCR method to detect 16S rDNA gene and aerolysin gene of Aeromonas hydrophila was established,in which two pairs of primers according to the conserved 16S rDNA gene and aerolysin gene sequence of Aeromonas hydrophila were used.12 strains were tested for pathogenic A.hydrophila by PCR,the results showed that all the 12 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila contain 16S rDNA gene, and 3 strains contain Aerolysin gene.BLAST analysis showed that the amplified sequences were coincident with the published 16S rDNA gene and Aerolysin gene of Aeromonas hydrophila on GenBank.
