Abstract
It is not recognized and understood by most of the crowd that water is mercantile.The price of water is low.Ideas of people's saving water is not strong and the supply of water is not enough.It holds back the development of economic and this also can cause the social problem.This article describes the actual things on the price of water,and we will improve the price of project water to a suitable level.
