Abstract
The paper is mainly about optimizing wet ball milling conditions using alumina powder as raw materials, comparing milling results on the different conditions including milling time and the ball-to-powder ratio, and other associated factors have been considered to optimize the condition including economic factors.Experimental results show that the best condition is that the ball-to-powders ratio is(9-11)∶1 and the best milling time is 9-10 h.The following experimental results show that the powder milled on the best wet ball mill conditions can be sintered directly into ceramic support with high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
