Abstract

The antagonistic bacteria strain bio-d4 was tested for its inhibitive efficacies and control efficacy against Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.benincasae.The results showed that, five days after incubation of the antagonistic strain bio-d4 in 100-,200-,300-fold dilution with the pathogen in the dual test on PDA plates.Inhibitive zones with 9.0~11.8mm width were formed, their inhibitive efficacies maintained stable 10 days after incubation.Antagonistic strain bio-d4 Ferment solution, and with50-,100-fold,can significantly inhibit conidial germination of the pathogen, inhibitive rates getting to 7.7%~76.4%;seven days after application of bio-d4 with 100-fold and 200-fold diluted fermentation solution, the control efficacies are between 51.3%~59.4%,which are significantly stronger than that of its 300-fold diluted fermentation solution other treatments and hymexazol.
