Research on the Construction of College Students' New Practice System under Employment Orientation

Abstract

College students' practice plays an important role in promoting the university of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and is an important part of improve the employment ability.In this paper,the main difficulties faced by college students and causes of this situation are analyzed theoretically,combined with current domestic education model of students practice and employment.The topics that how construct college students' new practice system under employment orientation to further improve the employment ability and promote a better job of college students are also discussed.
