Abstract

The cultivation of college students' employment ability has more and more got the attention of society,government and students;actively seeking the effective means to improve the employment ability of college students has become an urgent requirement to promote the employment of college students.This paper,in the light of the current situation and characteristics of local undergraduate school graduates'employment ability,taking Quanzhou Normal College as an example,elaborates some experience and practice of enhancing local college students' employment ability.
