PICC Catheter Indwelling in Clinical Studies in Patients with Long-term Chemotherapy

Objective To analysis the long-term chemotherapy in patients with indwelling PICC catheter.Indwelling PICC catheter management scheme,in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the life quality of patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of patients with long-term chemotherapy,in recent years were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=65),the observation group PICC line to strengthen management and traditional management control line,compared two groups in terms of complications and quality of life.Results The observation group of patients with PICC complications was lower than the control group,especially the catheter fall off,puncture of the catheter displacement,the incidence of infection was lower than that in the control group,PICC catheter is obviously longer,the life of a patient quality of life of the satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group (P0.05).Conclusion Patients with long-term chemotherapy during the PICC catheter will appear all sorts of problems,to strengthen nursing care can reduce complications,ensure the normal use of the catheter,raise the level of the patients daily life.
