Uterine leiomyoma is a common gynecological benign tumor,by far its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear,and no ideal treatment medicine.Is generally believed that the incidence of uterine leiomyoma and estrogen in chronically stimulated,its familial obviously.This paper summarizes the incidence of uterine leiomyoma and treatment research progress,separately from the genetic,hormones,growth factors and other main bypass and other aspects of the general,and according to the different treatment methods,were discussed,in order to find out the new method for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,drug related studies provide a basis.
