Abstract

That non-profit organizations and businesses are to seek cooperation in the field of social welfare is one of the trends of their development,due to their goals,the majority of the cooperation between the two sides usually ends in failure.A poor choice of coalition partner is the underlying cause.In this paper,the strategic selection of alliance partner on the part of non-profit organizations is studied by using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to create a strategic alliance partner selection model,which will help non-profit organization with a scientific basis for selection.
