Investigation on After-school Physical Exercise Condition in Xinyang City

Through investigating the after-school physical activity of some middle school students in Xinyang city and reasons for the physical decline of secondary school students by interview and questionnaire survey,it can be seen that the students have little time to do the sports.The main reasons influencing students taking part in the sports are that schools ignore student's physical education,hold a single sport and have no enough equipment for sports.The studies suggest that schools and government should increase the teachers in sports and community sports facilities,carry out the party and state regulations and policies,increase the sports publicity,give the educate to the teachers and students to change the concept of physical education,so that it will help schools better meet the demands for the reform of physical education.
