Abstract

The paper reviews the development of the industry agglomeration in Henan area,analyzes the existing talent structural contradiction,remote cluster enterprise recruitment difficult problem in development.Think that only by optimizing the structure of talents,promote the enterprise connotation and other measures,to promote the agglomeration of talent demand,and promote the construction of the Henan industrial agglomeration area.
