Abstract

To separate and determine jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine in Cortex phellodendri:HPLC method was developed.ODS column was used,and the mobile phase consisted of 5%(w/v)SDS-Britton-Robinson(pH 2.5)-acetonitrile-triethylamine(0.5∶56∶34∶0.5).The detecting wavelength was 345 nm.Jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine can be separated completely.The method can be used for the research of Cortex phellodendri and Chinese traditional medicine containing berberine.
