Focus on Lesson Design Training and Awake Would be Teachers to Innovative Education

Upon entering the age of knowledge based economy, education is now being confronted with greater challenges. Knowledge based economy has presented more stern demands on education, the teachers knowledge structure and composition of their competence in particular. Knowledge based economy is calling for innovative education, which, fundamentally, relies on innovative teaching staff. The author points out in the article that special training must be strengthened in cultivating students ability to design their classroom teaching and the sense of innovation must be enhanced if the teacher training education expects to produce innovative teaching staff.
