Abstract
Objective To study the rat plasma protein binding rate,an accurate and specific high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC)for quantifying daphnoretin in rat plasma was developed. Methods The equilibrium dialysis combined with HPLC was carried out for the determination of the plasma concentration and plasma protein binding rate of daphnoretin. Results Rat plasma protein binding rates of daphnoretin at low, middle and high concentrations(0.50,1.0,2.0 mg · L-1)were(91.7±1.8)%,(91.6±1.4)%,(90.7±0.81)%,respectively.Conclusions Daphnoretin has high binding power to rat plasma protein.
