Investigation and Research of College Students' Extracurricular Physical Activities in Universities of Northwest China

In order to investigate the condition of college students' extracurricular physical activities in universities of Northwest China and to have a good understanding of students' experience and knowledge of extracurricular physical activities,interviewed some PE teachers in universities of Northwest China through telephone.Take on subjects students of Ningxia Normal University in the research,through the investigation on college students' interest in time spending on actual extracurricular physical activities as well as their motivation and influencing factors on them.Hope to have a further understanding of the current condition of college students;extracurricular physical activities in universities of Northwest China.Propose some suggestion on these problems.
