The analysis of intracranial aneurysms treated by endovascular coil embolization

【Objective】To explore the endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms technique points and complications.【Method】The clinical data and coil embolization procedure in 34 cases with intracranial aneurysms which treated by endovascular coil embolization were retrospected.Wide-neck aneurysms was treated by balloonassisted coil embolization.【Results】Total obliteration of aneurysms was achieved in 21 cases,9 aneurysms embolizated 95%,4 aneurysms embolizated 90%.1 case was dead.8 cases were remained hemiparalysis or aphasia.【Conclusion】Endovascular coil embolization was minimal-invasive and effective method.
