Clinical research on enalapril and betaloc in treating chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril and betaloc in treating chronic heart failure.Methods The 70 cases with chronic heart failure were divided into the observe group and the control group.The control group received the normal treatment,and at the same time the observe group received the treatment of enalapril and betaloc.Results The total rate of controlling the ventricular arrhythmia in the observe group was more than those in control group(P 0.05).The EF,LVD and LVFS of improving the heart function in the observe group was superior to those in control group(P 0.05).The RDW of in the observe group was lower than that in control group(P 0.05).Conclusions The effect of enalapril and betaloc in treating chronic heart failure in treating chronic heart failure is obvious,so they are worth being used.
