Abstract
The new semi-ligneous stem nodes of Toona sinensis with axillary buds was taken as explant cultured in vitro to induce axillary bud sprouting and bud multiplications.Medium supplemented with different plant hormones and concentations which suit to different stage of the culture were chosen. Results showed that MS culture medium was better than 1/2MS culture medium in period of induceing germination; The suitable culture medium for subculture and shoot multiplication was MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+GA32.0,the effective propagation rate was 3.38.The most suitable culture medium for rooting was 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 69% and grown well; The suitable transplant time was among Mar.to July annually, vermiculite and sand should be chosen as transplant medium materials.
