Abstract

Dissipation of 40% dimethoate EC residue in cabbage and soil was studied through GC detection. The recovery for fortified samples for the method ranged from 90.25 to 110.39% with variation coefficient of 1.51-5.83%. The final residues of dimethoate were below 9.6989 mg/kg and 0.1732 mg/kg in cabbage and soil, respectively. The half- lives of dimethoate in cabbage and soil were 2 and 1.5 d, respectively.
