Abstract
The residual dynamics and the final residue of chlorpyrifos-methyl EC in cabbage and soil were determined by GS-MS.The cabbage was applied with 40% emulsification of the insecticide at a dose(720 g/hm~2) and it has been found that the initial residues in cabbage and soil were 3.50~5.82 mg/kg and 1.10~2.21 mg/kg,respectively.Furthermore,the half-life of the insecticide in cabbage and soil were 0.4~1.2 d and 3 d,respectively. The final residue on the cabbage was 0.02~0.03 mg/kg for the sample receiving 3 times of application and at last application with and interval of 7 days form harvest.
