Abstract
Overseas Chinese Classics(Chinese Classics outside China) refers to the Chinese ancient documents unseen or rarely-seen in China.The author of this article makes an introduction to the present situation of the researches on eight important Overseas Chinese Classics and holds that these Chinese Classics have an irreplaceable value to the researches on the history of Chinese language,especially to the researches on modern Chinese.
