Abstract
In this study,Aesculus chinensis seeds oil was extracted with petroleum ether.Hydrolyzed and esterified with BF3-CH3-OH,the oil was determined by means of GC-MS.The oil yield was 30.2%.In the experiment,57 peaks were separated and 52 were identified firstly.Main compounds of fatty acids were Linoleic acid,Palmitic acid, oleic acid,Stearic acid and 15-tetracosenoic acid, their relative content was 41.29%,17.81%,14.08%,3.19% and 2.16% respectively. The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 70.1%.
