Abstract
Euphemistic language is viewed as an important English rhetorical tactics whose coming into being is closely connected with pragmatics.This paper analyses English euphemism from pragmatics' view,which enables us to understand the concept of the rhetoric more deeply,and use it more effectively in language communication.
