Abstract
By making a comparison between software development processes of PO and OO it introduces the features of RUP,which is a suitable software engineering process for UML.It discusses how to model and design the data acquisition and analysis system with Rational Rose according to RUP.And then based on the whole process of the data acquisition and analysis,some models of the system are established.
