Orthodontic and surgical management of impacted permanent teeth

Abstract

Objective: To explore the etiological factors of impacted teeth and How to managing the impacted teeth with Orthodontic and surgical methods.Methods: 9 patients,12 impacted teeth were treated by MBT fixed Appliance and analyze the position of impacted teeth and relationship with adjacent teeth to choose surgical exposure operation.Results: 12 Impacted teeth were guided into dentition with good keratinized tissue and normal dental occlusive.Conclusion: It is an effective way to treat the impacted teeth using orthodontic and surgical management.
