On the Xiangyue of Nanbu County in the Sichuan Province in the Late Qing Dynasty——A Case Study centering on the Archives of the County of Nanbu in the Qing Dynasty

Despite the superabundance of previous discussions on Xiangyue,the relevant historical facts still remain to be clarified.With Nanbu County Archives as main reference materials,this paper reconstructs some historical facts about Xiangyue,such as its establishment,functions,officials' appointment,dismissal and resignation,and even attendance check,in the hope of providing the logically coordinated historical materials.
