Study on the Employment Problem of Independent College Graduates

Abstract

It needs a process for the society to identify with the independent college graduates.Therefore employing work has become a crucial issue for independent college.From the point of making better of the employment of independent college graduates,this paper analyzed the current situation,existing problems,and stated the factors holding back employment of independent college graduates, and made a self analysis on how to deal with employment issues for graduates from independent colleges.
