Effect of Platelet Crossmatch and Platelet Antibody Screening for Platelet Transfusion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of platelet crossmatch and platelet antibody screening for platelet transfusion,and provide reference for reasonable use of blood in clinic.Method:384 cases of patients who transfuse platelet were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,platelet in the control group were transfused with common ways,and platelet antibody was detecting before platelet transfusion in research group,and platelet were transfused with common ways in patients with negative antibody,and platelet were transfused after crossmatch in patients with positive antibody,and transfuse effect were contrasted between research group and control group.Result:Effective rate of platelet transfusion was 91.4% in control group and was 95.5% in research group,effect rate in two groups had no significant difference(P0.05),and CCI at 1 hour and 24 hours after transfusion was 9.6±1.8 and 7.2±1.6 in research group,CCI at 1 hour and 24 hours after transfusion was 8.9±1.9 and 6.1±1.4 in control group,CCI at 1 hour and 24 hours after transfusion was higher in research groups than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Platelet antibody screening should be taken before platelet transfusion and platelet crossmatch in patients with positive antibody,it can improve effect of platelet transfusion.
